A New Journey: Welcome to Capstone Business Consulting

Starting a business is difficult, scaling it, even more, and turning it into an efficient machine that draws the eyes of the consumer and investors alike - you guessed it, the most complicated of the three… but it doesn’t have to be.

I’ve been lucky enough to work closely with a number of founders in the pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages, and whether the company was hitting their 10th or 100th hire, I’ve heard the same pain points from founders, notably:

  • “I’m having a hard time making the right hires”

  • “Our ability to scale is hindered due to inefficient practices”

  • “Building a strong workplace culture isn’t as easy as I expected”

  • “I’m in too many meetings, taking up my day”

  • “We’re not setting the right goals” And perhaps the most recurring:

  • “I find myself letting important business items slip through the cracks”

The trend - there simply is never enough time.

Time for a founder or organizational leader is perhaps your most valuable asset and you need to use it wisely. Believe it or not, with the right tools and outlook - you can actually get this time back and reinvest it in high-priority items!
